Phoenix is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. Getting around Phoenix is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Arizona's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They required me to pay $800 upfront via Zelle before dispatching a technician and told me the technician would head out immediately after payment. After I paid, the arrival time kept getting delayed. Before any repair work was performed, I requested to cancel because it had become too late and my driver needed to rest. The company refused to issue a full refund and claimed there would be a cancellation charge, even though I was never informed of or agreed to any cancellation policy before making the payment. As of today, I still have not received a refund or reached any agreement with the company. I recommend that anyone considering this company ask for their cancellation policy in writing before making any upfront payment.

Update: it has now been over 7 days and there has still been no call, no email, no refund like they falsely promised AGAIN below. iβve requested a chargeback with my bank. More repeated lies to try to save face. Read their hidden reviews on YELP and you will find multiple people saying the same as me over the years. I was quoted $530 to come out to work on my RV that has no throttle signal and cannot be moved. I told the mechanic who came out every single diagnostic I had already done and ruled out. After spending 2 hours doing the exact same checks that I had already done, and obviously finding zero solutions since there was nothing new being done they charged my card $830, 300 more than the quoted price, and told me I need to tow it in to their shop because he can't find the problem. AFTER charging my card, they sent an βestimateβ to my email, knowing it could work against me in a credit card charge back. The mechanic also told me he was repairing wires underneath the motorhome, but I crawled under after he left and there were zero repairs that weren't done by myself before he got there. All he did was remove plastic conduit. I immediately called and was told they could refund t

Hi, Good morning My brother went to get the clutch repaired. They told him that the estimated cost would be around $1,950. Then they fixed the truck, installed a new clutch, and replaced everything else. They even took the truck for a test drive and stated that everything was in good working order. When it came time to pay the mechanic, however, he demanded $2,400βa sum I paid without objection. Furthermore, they even charged a fee for parking the truck. And then, right at the very end, he claimed that the truck's transmission was faulty. Subsequently, my brother took the vehicle to a different mechanic. They hooked it up to a computer to clear the diagnostic codes, and now the truck is running perfectly fine. This man is a crook; so please be careful and stay safe. Thankyou

I had a crazy tandem failure under a heavy load. The crew at Emergency Roadside rallied to the cause and got me patched up and rolling again in no time. The entire crew is top notch, but I have to give Rubin extra props. His creativity and welding skills are outstanding! 110% recommend these folks to take care of you no matter what size the job. Thanks guys!
